i drop specs into a shared folder all day and manually hit ingest before standup. ach already has background indexing modes but i still want 'watch this root folder → re-chunk when files change' without task scheduler hacks on the management api. especially for namespaces w/ lots of pdfs

workaround today is task scheduler hitting the management api ingest routes — works but logs are all over the place. native watch-folder + throttled background mode in one ui would be cleaner
