registered two repos in memory app (different workspace paths). first cursor window gets prepare_session + search_knowledge every turn. second window acts like mcp isnt wired — agent greps from scratch. restarted cursor twice. both have the aura mcp entry in settings. windows 11. what am i missing

check the workspace path on the second project in memory app matches the folder cursor actually opened — mine had a trailing slash mismatch. each cursor window only picks up mcp for its workspace so make sure your rules mention prepare_session for that repo too
